House of domestic entrepreneurship
The Croatian Chamber of Commerce is the umbrella house of domestic entrepreneurship. They have been promoting, representing, and protecting the interests of their members at home and abroad for over 165 years.
The Croatian Chamber of Commerce (abbreviation HGK) is an independent professional and business organization, which promotes, represents, and harmonizes the common interests of its members before state and other bodies in Croatia and abroad.
In the domestic market, they lobby for legislation in accordance with the interests of their members through 63 associations and 33 HGK communities. Through their regionally extensive infrastructure, legal advice, a range of information, databases and entrepreneurship education can be obtained, as well as co-financing members' appearances at fairs, referring them to funding sources and advising on applying for EU funds.
As the Croatian Chamber of Commerce wanted to digitalize its business and create a single database, InSky implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365, which resulted in easier collaboration of more employees, optimization of business processes, introduction of a single interface for monitoring all member activities and increasing information flow. In addition, the digitization was focused on the implementation of the module for contact centers - ContactInSky.

ContactInSky at the contact center
With the help and expertise of InSky Solutions, the Croatian Chamber of Commerce implemented a ContactInSky solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform with a specific purpose. The aim was to provide all its members with a proactive, not just reactive service, to bring all their services closer to the members and to offer, especially those of an advisory nature. By expanding the functionality of the previous solution, the campaigns have been improved and a complete view of each partner / contact (view 360) and his habits in one place has been provided. The system also clearly records all activities related to the user, such as telephone calls, e-mail correspondence, records of meetings and tasks related to it. The interaction with the user is personalized and focused on his real needs and previous experience with the chamber. Open case reminders are automated, which makes communication between organizational units within the Croatian Chamber of Commerce more efficient and faster. Business rationalization is reflected in cost reduction and optimization of internal resources.
Some of the benefits of the ContactInSky application are automatic caller recognition by phone number or e-mail address, automatic opening of caller information, ability to record the reason for the call and turn the call into a case, forward calls to another agent, view missed calls and automatically call missed calls, record conversations, email management, etc.
