With the implementation of the project "InSkySolutions - Implementation of business process and quality management system" co-financed by EU funds OP Competitiveness and cohesion through the program "Introduction of business process and quality management systems (ISO and similar standards)" InSky Solutions has become the proud holder of two ISO certificates, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. The certificates were awarded after the international certification firm Bureau Veritas conducted a certification process that demonstrates quality management and information security management systems are verified and meet the prescribed standards. The ISO 9001 certificate is a certificate of successful fulfillment of the requirements of the international standard, which prescribes the quality management system of an organization. Organizations can have a quality management system in place to meet the requirements of ISO 9001, but only by certification do they prove that the system is implemented and customers can have trust in it. The ISO 27001 certification focuses on protecting confidentiality, integrity and availability of information within a company by identifying what potential problems the data may cause (i.e., risk assessment), and defining what action should be taken to prevent such problems (i.e., treating or processing risk). Obtaining the certification is a significant step in the quality of our work and represents a further improvement of internal processes, ensuring the highest level of security and quality in providing services to our end users.
